There isn’t a single detail I could complain about regarding this resort. I stayed for three nights during a 14-day trip around the Bali and Lombok region, staying in several resorts and hotels and none of them came close to matching this one in terms of facilities, location, service, food, and drink. I highly recommend this place, my experience was truly incredible. I must highlight the service in particular. No amount of luxury or price can outweigh the value of outstanding customer service and such a warm, attentive team as the one here.
We spent 2 days at The Beach House Resort. We had lunch and dinner there, it was really nice. Our room was very clean, it had AC, it was spacious and bright. We had some sishas and cocktails by the pool, they also have live music. We tried their spa, we did the couples massage. It was in a dedicated room, very calm and relaxing. Afterwards, we could have a private milk bath, which was also really nice.
Only had one night here. Gili is so busy, it's not my cup of tea. But the Beach House is very good. You can get very good food. Plus I got a glass bottom boat to get out and see the turtles and coral. Pretty disappointed with what I saw maybe diving is better
