Amazing beach front property and excellent service!! Had a wonderful time with the family at The Habitat for 2 days. From the moment we arrived, we experienced exceptional service and warm hospitality from the entire staff. The rooms were spacious, well cleaned and comfortable and also the rooms have a great view of the beautiful Ocean. The food was delicious and the buffets were impressive and offering wide varieties. A special thanks to the Manager, the front office staff, the kitchen staff and to the Chef for their outstanding service which made our stay even more memorable.

We stayed at Habitat Kosgoda for our anniversary and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious, modern, and well-equipped, though some basic amenities like a dental kit and shaving kit were not included, which would have added to the convenience. All three meals were served in buffet format with a decent variety. However, there’s definitely room to elevate the dining experience — more options for meats, seafood, and desserts would bring the buffet closer to a 5/5 standard. Also, offering two soups per meal (both veg and non-veg) instead of just one would be ideal. The staff were friendly and hospitable throughout our stay. As we were celebrating our anniversary, we inquired about the complementary touches they usually offer. We received some lovely room decorations, but unfortunately, no cake was provided. Still, a lovely property with a relaxing atmosphere — just a few improvements would make it even better. ♥️

Hotel is located right on the beach, giving its guest access to their very own private beach. The pool is fantastic for a swim during a warm evening. Balcony has a beautiful view of the pool and ocean, especially at sunset. Staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. There were a few issues with our stay however. Food - we paid for half board. Food at dinner buffet was subpar. There was not much variety and the food didn’t get topped up as it ran out. Breakfast buffet was fine. Rooms - rooms themselves were comfortable. We stayed in 3 rooms, and each room had different issues with air con. Bathrooms, again, were not maintained well. There were a few leaks from the toilet and shower cubicle which resulted in wet bathroom floors. Room service - took us 3 calls within the span of an hour to get an extra towel sent to a triple room, when we were only given 2… Hotel has great potential given location, just needs better maintenance.
