The Hague Marriott Hotel

Club Lounge and Suite Upgrade Make This Property Shine Located in the Hague near Embassy Row the Marriott provided a nice five night stay. Using a Suite Night Award from the Marriott Bonvoy program we were upgraded to a very nice, large, suite. The large suite made the five nights like we had a small apartment. See the pics. We used the club lounge quite a bit. Shirley and Rimon as well as the rest of the lounge staff worked diligently to ensure that the guests were enjoying the time and were well fed. Breakfast was standard fare with the option to order off a menu. Soft drinks are available, self-serve through-out the day. The evening service was very nice...an entree and side along with a salad buffet and desserts. We had a few snafus but they were all addressed completeley by management. The hotel is near the bus and tram stops and walkable to shops and stores. Date of stay: March 2025 Traveled as a couple

Nice place. Difficult access due to road modifications right in front of the door and it was not very clear how to arrive with the car. Office reception said we could have dinner the day we arrived at 23h. But in reality, they only served beer and cake. Sure that's food, but the kitchen was closed... Very good breakfast, available at 7h, which was very convenient for us. Restaurants nearby in the area.

The visit with my wife for a stay of one night was not very pleasant. No information about the inaccessibility currently of the hotel and the parkingplace. The staff at the reception also behaved very unplessantly and very rules oriented instead of customer oriented. The room was oke and the breakfast was very good. Staff at the breakfastfacilities was very friendly and helpfull. The reception prrsonnel could learn a lot from them.
