The Hanoi Club Hotel & Residences

I utilized the Hanoi Club for catering services at a government level event. It was catering daily for five days for between 35 to 50 guests. The process was very easy to book them and they communicated very good when preparing for the event. Before the event they sent staff to evaluate the building and recommended the best set up for the catering. Ms. Linh and Ms. Huyen were very helpful in the initial steps with coordinating and payments. When the event started they helped with last minute use of tables which were not expected, but they came through. The food each day was very well displayed and all of it was very delicious. When the event was happening, Mr. Tuyen was very helpful being the on site Chef in charge. Overall, everyone was happy and I would recommend The Hanoi Club for catering for any size event and I am confident they will do an excellent job.

The Hanoi club is located in the very beutiful Lakeview. You just wandering find the swimming pool just beside the lake it's looking like a infinity pool. The check in process is very smooth. Rooms are well maintained but should be more specious. Bathroom is nice but need to maintain well. Breakfast was complementary it's well decorated & served but should be more versatile for every continent. Overall experience is nice is recommended.

Everything was great except the reception staff's service and attitude. What was weird was them asking for the laundry bags back; we usually keep them for our dirty clothes.
