The Hardiman Ascend Hotel Collection

The best service I have ever experienced in a hotel ever! We stayed here in April and from the time we walked in the door to when we left the service was impeccable. The rooms are lovely, with a super cool lights system and American, European, and usb plugs next to the beds. The breakfast was my favorite every morning with a tiered tray of pastries, fruit, smoothies, etc. Beautiful bathroom with clawfoot tub, walk in shower, and wonderful complementary toiletries. Turn down service every night too! I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

I only took one star of the rooms because our toilet door wouldn't close so while staying on a romantic break I had to keep running down to reception toilet for privacy. I also found a couple of pubic hairs on the bed. However I rang reception about these issues and within minutes they had someone up to change the bed linen and try fix the door(it wasn't able to be fixed unfortunately) other then that I can't complain any anything. Staff are so friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Food and drinks are amazing. Would recommend 100%

Two ladies when checking in were very unhelpful and frankly rude. The parking was awful to understand. They never gave us all the information we needed. The garage is a 5 minute walk. Unless you pay the expensive valet fee. As we went to our room there was a bottle of black mold remover on the ground. We made us feel very uncomfortable. The bathrooms weren’t overly clean. The shower floor was stained. Not so much the hotels faults but there was very loud seagulls outside at all hours. If you want good sleep I wouldn’t stay here.
