The bedding and pillows were so comfy. The room was really great as well. Most importantly, their service is top notch. I stayed there for 3 days and I met one of the staff members, Kyo Tong. He was so kind and helpful, helped us sort out things, and shared some travel tips. I really appreciate his kindness. In addition, location was great and hotel environment as well! Will be back again The Hari, love it.
We stayed at The Hari Hong Kong in May/ June 2025. The hotel is very central on Hong Kong Island, although you need to walk to subway approx. 750 m. It’s a lovely (I would like to say boutique hotel) and the interior is very beautiful with a lot of details. The staff is very helpful and supports you wherever they can. Just some things I would like to point out. Rooms: Yes, I know, rooms are small in Hong Kong and space is precious. But these rooms are really small. So choose wisely what you bring, because you still need to go shopping ;-) Breakfast: Actually the breakfast is very nice. It’s a combination of a la carte and buffet. But i would appreciate when there would be more choices of cheese and ham (at least more then one). Especially in a 5 star hotel. Bar/ Restaurant: The bar is also very nice, especially the small outdoor area. But one time, we were rejected at 23.15 although last call is at 23.30. After a short discussion we got a table but only beer or water was offered to us due to the fact that the bar was already closed!? Sorry, that’s a no go! Anyway, all in all it’s a nice and central Hotel with some little points to improve. Thank you
Hello, I stayed at your hotel in July for two nights and paid a deposit of around $100 per night at check-in. I was told the deposit would be refunded to my card immediately after check-out. However, it’s been two weeks since I checked out, and I still haven’t received the refund. Could you please look into this matter and let me know when I can expect the deposit to be returned?
