The Harmonie Vienna BW Premier Collection

This was the finest hotel we stayed at on our recent trip to Europe. Our room was very clean. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding and the afternoon tea and cakes was a wonderful added touch. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood yet we were an easy walk to the Vienna city center and museum quarter. Plus we could catch a tram two blocks away. I said when we left that I’d like to live in this hotel, it’s that good.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast service was excellent with variety, and housekeeping was excellent. Just note to bring your own slippers - they are not provided. 1min walk from D tram line. Excellent location 10min walk from historic center. Extremely quiet neighborhood. The photos online don't do the rooms justice! The linens were lovely and bedding was extremely comfortable and plush. Beautiful desk in the room was not visible in photos online and wasn't listed in the room description. The bed for a 3rd person could have for 2 very comfortably and was high quality. Wonderful stay!

Very nice hotel with excellent service. A little outside the center of town but important sites were easily accessible via public transportation. Front desk service exceptional. Rooms were clean and modern, but I found them a little small with limited room to store clothes. Bathroom was clean and modern although I found the bathtub/shower a little narrow and uncomfortable. I would stay at this hotel again. I thought it was an excellent value.
