The Haven Khao Lak

To the absolutely amazing staff and management of the resort. I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart in the way in which you made my daughter feel welcome when staying recently. She was travelling on her own and was a bit apprehensive at first. But, she thoroughly enjoyed herself, was made to feel very special and made some great friends with the staff. She also celebrated her birthday when she was there, and to receive an unexpected complimentary cake, made her feel wonderful. Because of that most relaxing stay and experience, I think she'll be back. Thank you for looking after her!!

What a completely faultless experience! My best friend and I booked to stay at The Haven through Luxury Escapes and from the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, our experience could not have been better. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your every need and possible want is met, all whilst doing it with a smile. The kindness and hospitality we were shown, we will remember forever. Not only do they make an effort to remember you personally, but what your preferences are as well. Everyday our rooms were cleaned, waters replenished and constantly we saw staff working around the resort to maintain this standard. There was not an iota of uncleanliness anywhere. Located an hour outside of Phuket and child free could not have added to our experience any better. Restful days and nights, private pool access shared between just a couple of others and everything you could need either in the resort, or 15 minutes into town. I will most certainly coming back! Thank you for such a wonderful experience, something I will think of fondly forever along with the friends that I made.

Had a wonderful stay with the family here at The Haven. Rooms were comfortable however some small issues with the bathroom which were fixed when advised. The pool access was the highlight and was very well maintained. The food and drinks were delicious but are significantly more expensive than the local options which is to be expected. The staff are very polite and always have a smile for you and reception was also incredibly kind to give us late checkout due to our late flight! Overall a fantastic experience and would be very tempted to come back again!
