Just had two wonderful stays at the Haven Suites whilst I came to NZ for eye surgery. The rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious and had everything I needed. However what made my stays so enjoyable was the delightful service by Ray. Even before I arrived he was so helpful in receiving pet medical supplies on my behalf, and then whilst I was staying there his genuine care and concern to ensure I had everything I needed after the operation. When I come over for annual checkups the Suites will always be my first choice! Thank you again Ray and team!
I booked The Haven Suites for a group and we were all delighted with our stay. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean and well appointed. We liked our stay so much, we extended our stay. The service was excellent and I am so grateful to management for making sure our stay was hassle-free. Thank you so much.
Really enjoyed our stay, I am a cleaner so can be quite fussy when it comes to having a clean room and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean & modern our room was. Everything worked well, had all the amenities we needed, greeted by a lovely lady, comfortable beds. 10/10 would recommend & stay here again!!! 😊
