Whenever I stayed at The Haze, the staff were lovely, kind, and very professional. I was late in booking so they only had the room left where there were no windows, but even so it was beautifully designed. The location is very convenient. The hotel is very clean. 5 stars!
Location Location Location - Karakoy, money exchange behind the hotel, taxi stand outside hotel. Convenience woooop! 10/10 Service 10/10 Even the ones that cannot speak english well go out their way to help and use translation. Adjoining coffee is very nice. My room was for three had lovely shower and balcony. Adjoined restaurant is also famous and very nice.
Fantastic rooftop restaurant and bar. Book ahead to secure a table. We didn't sadly, so missed out. Views of the Bosphorus from the rooftop are stunning. Rooms are clean and large and king-size bed was comfortable. In-room fridge, safe, slippers and plenty of toiletries provided. Rainfall shower had poor water pressure. Hotel is in a great location and an easy walk over the Galata Bridge into the old town.
