The Headland Hotel and Spa

Myself and my girlfriend stayed a night for her birthday, having traveled 3 hours down, and upon arrival the front of house team were so warm and helpful from the get go. We were checked in within minutes, and bags taken for us, nothing was too much hassle. The facilities, restaurants and room were all perfect, and in our case perfectly decorated by the concierge team. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, including the night porter who assisted us and provided a seamless delivery of snacks at 12.30am! We would most definitely come back, time and time again. Thanks all for an amazing experience.

Absolutely amazing experience in the spa today. We booked the spring serenity package and loved every moment of it. The spa facilities were fantastic - especially the Aqua club. The weather was fantastic and if you didn’t think about it you could be anywhere in the world looking out over the sea from the hot tub. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely visit again on future trips to Cornwall. A fantastic experience from start to finish.

We stopped by for a cream tea, something we were very much looking forward to. Having been ignored by the staff for some time, we had to ask to be served, and then it took some time for the staff to take our order. The scones came after some time and were average at best (possibly even shop bought). After prompting the staff on three occasions we eventually received our hot drinks (we waited more than half an hour after the scones arrived) I’m positive that we visited in an off-day, but we won’t be going back in a hurry. The interior and the surroundings were excellent as expected.
