The Heights in Montañita

We had an amazing birthday week at The Heights! We were staying at the jacuzzi house and it was perfect for us. Location couldnt be better, just couple minutes walk from town center, but you have little peace to yourself at the house. Anahi was there to help with anything we needed and everything was as promised. Thanks for a successful week at Montanita!

Great villa, far enough from the noise and “downtown” yet close enough to walk or drive or $1.5 cab ride. Great host, personal attention anytime was needed. Highly recommend

Digital nomad here paid for 3 nights. as soon as we arrived there was dog hair on the bed. the floor was dusty and filthy. the kitchen smells like mold. all the air conditioners were filthy dirty dusty I even opened them myself look like no one maintained or cleaned the air conditioners since building that house from what it looks like.I got sick instantly coughing with a fever on the same day I arrived due to the air conditioners. my dog ,my wife, my daughter we were all sick the same day. the next day we wake up with dead cockroaches all over the floor this advertisement is false did not come with shampoo conditioner. no coat hangers ,no microwave, the TV sucks always loses connection to the internet.I asked the person that was in charge if they could bring a broom, dustpan and a mop because they didn't do a good job cleaning place. no response. the pool and jacuzzi was dirty look like people urinated in the jacuzzi and the pool. This is the worst Airbnb ever. I do not recommend it🤮 Okay no one demanded anything I paid clearly We did arrive earlier than expected. and no we did not demand that we get in there you let us put our suitcases in our belongings in one room while they clean while we went out for an hour. and we came back that hour and the place was a hell hole nasty. how can you say that was my dog my dog is a tiny Shih Tzu cannot jump on a high bed we are not nasty people we don't let our dogs sleep on our bed. and when was this you say that you cleaned the jacuzzi infront of our faces when was that? us as Airbnb guests are going to sit outside and watch you clean the Jacuzzi. and yes it's true you did send somebody to clean the air conditioner hours later but did not fully clean it just clean the lip where it swings back and forth no one took apart the filter and gave it a deep clean we are sending the department of health and see who's lying
