The Heritage Grand Khon Kaen Hotel

The staff were skilled and attentive and are what make this hotel stand out above others in the city the rooms are large and clean. The hotel building is a little older than some of the others but is currently being renovated. The breakfast was really good with a variety of foods and chefs on hand to take requests.

A famous and historic five-star hotel in Khon Kaen , this place has huge potential to shine again if it undergoes proper renovation — both in facilities and service quality. Though it has aged over decades, the elegant and classic design still carries a timeless charm. The property is spacious and located in a prime area. The lobby is grand and airy, with cool air-conditioning ❄️. In the evenings, there’s live music 🎶 along with food and drinks service 🍷. The hotel also offers event spaces, a small café, and even a glass elevator. Guest rooms follow an older style — large in size, decorated with wood, and warmly lit. However, the carpets are dated and dusty. Large windows offer great views, especially from higher floors. Bathrooms have a good layout but the water system needs improvement 🚿. The beds and linens are excellent, ensuring a comfortable sleep. Breakfast is varied but traditional, and might not match the creativity of newer five-star hotels. Still, the crispy bacon 🥓 is excellent, and the coffee ☕ is pretty good.

Have stayed here twice before I love the tall building but its really old and you can tell in the room. I would say their standard has started to drop our room was leaking from the rain and the a/c temperature control was broken. Room just didint feel all that clean. I am glad that they are starting renovations as the hotel badly needs them but all in all not a bad hotel to stay at hope to see better from them in the future.
