The Heritage Hotel Manila

Everything about our stay this summer was wonderful. We stayed there before a few years ago and it was okay but the recent remodel of the club rooms and the service are now excellent. The whole staff was outstanding, from front desk to spa and the dining room. Can't wait to come back again! Extra special thanks to Gemma and the staff at Riviera Cafe for making our breakfast time very pleasurable 😁

We had a wonderful check-in experience at Heritage Hotel, thanks to Ana at the front desk. She was warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Even though we arrived earlier than expected, she made sure we were comfortable and quickly arranged a room for us while coordinating the rest with housekeeping. It’s rare to meet someone so attentive and genuinely helpful — she made our arrival feel seamless and stress-free. Kudos to Ana for her excellent service. She’s a true asset to the hotel, and we really appreciated her thoughtful approach. Employees like Ana make a lasting impression — she’s a standout team member and deserves to be recognized for her dedication and professionalism. I had a very good experience staying in Heritage Hotel Manila. It was an official trip with my colleagues. We also used their meeting room which was cozy and equipped. I love the hospitality, foods, rooms and the services of the hotel. Very kind and helpful staff. I had a warm experience while staying here.
