Worst experience ever. Pool was dirty, mismanagement of things. Services were very slow. It was the worst experience of my life. Specially the staff and the manager "Tejaswi Chaudhary" were very rude, when we complained them about the poor services and hygiene they all started misbehaving with us. Won't recommend to anyone. Folks it's an alarm for you. DO NOT EVER AND EVER STAY IN THIS PROPERTY. Thumbs down. .
We or guests have not been informed prior to lots of problems like • Unavailability of Non veg food • Hot water service only from 8-9 am & guests could get hot water after at 830 am because your boiler which started at 8 am took time to make water hot. • There is only one person managing the whole show & when asked for breakfast at 730 am , he told it will be given from 9 am onwards • Tea will be served only when all people will wake up • There has been communication problem as the person at reception says its like this only here in this resort. • As we as well as guests were not aware of somany unstandard things about your hotel, Our guests are not happy and want to check out. Please make refund for this booking. • Even you didn’t picked up phone until 930am , when lots of problems were there & then you sening a text message that you work from 9am onwards , we are in hospitality Industry & with this attitude ,the services cant be performed, if you are taking premium price for your rooms & services ,give atleast standard services . Rajasthan Tourism has been about – Atithi Devo Bhav , but here you are giving disrepute to not only Guests ,but also to Hospitality of Rajasthan , Whereas The Ministry of Tourism is spening lots of energy & money on bringing business to hotels, This situation created by your hotel is disgrace to all of us.
Worst hospitality I have ever seen.. Hotel having limited staff and that too arrogant..property images posted on social media/internet are totally different from reality..We had booked 8 rooms for 3 days stay but not received even a single facility properly.. Air conditioner was not working in almost all rooms.. No proper lockers to many rooms (very unsafe for females).. Very Dirty water for bath.. They never clean swimming pool without guests request so we cant use that anytime.. Totally waste of money..
