Stayed 2 nights with a tour group. Room was very nice. In great location. Was half a street away from Funky Chocolate Workshop that was a fun time. Was easy to walk to train to go to Thun for several hours. Glad we stayed here!
The hotel had the perfect location! Right in the middle of it all and the umbrella lane which was cute. The room was nice, the beds rock solid and pillows fall very flat but it was fine. Reception staff were super lovely and very accomodating. Breakfast had everything you need - all the basics covered and the staff were so lovely. Would definitely stay again - location and atmosphere 10/10!!
We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is unbeatable—right in the center of Interlaken, close to shops, restaurants, and easy access to attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained, offering great comfort after long days of exploring. We also enjoyed the generous breakfast spread each morning with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Parking is available on-site for a daily charge, which was convenient for us as we had a rental car. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Interlaken!
