The hotel is good, and the food quality is excellent. However, there are a few major concerns. The bathroom was leaking, and the bed sheets were dirty. When I raised this with housekeeping, the staff member responded that the marks on the bed sheets were from a cleaning chemical - one of the most unprofessional explanations I have ever heard. The hotel’s location is good. The swimming pool area, lobby, and reception are all well-maintained. The reception staff were polite and humble, while the housekeeping team was just average. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in service delivery, and the staff require proper training in all aspects of hospitality.

My stay at the hotel was overall decent. The food was quite good, with a nice variety and flavor. The location is convenient—just about 15 minutes from the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, which makes it easy for those planning a temple visit. However, the rooms were not as clean as expected and felt a bit overpriced considering the overall quality and amenities. Cleanliness could definitely be improved to match the room rates. All things considered, it was still a reasonably good stay, mainly due to the food and location.

Rooms were OKish but they charged us a bomb even in off season. We visited in May2025 the reception Manager saw that we were in urgent need of a room and ripped us. The rooms food and service was nothing in comparison with what we were charged. The dining room manager and staff were super slow and rude. I’m happy we checked out the next day and found a much better cleaner and friendlier place for the rest of our stay. But don’t go here even if you are in urgent need
