Had a wonderful experience during our stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, walkable to great sights, restaurants and cafes. There are also many public transit stops nearby. Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Despite other reviews claiming the area is not ideal, we felt safe and hardly saw anyone on the streets, even late at night. The area does have some interesting characters around, like any big city, but all keep to themselves. We will definitely be returning for any future trips to Portland!
Super friendly staff!! This is actually my 2nd time coming back because my stays have been very pleasant. Drew checked me in and was extremely courteous and professional, providing any info I needed. Rooms are modern and very clean! The location is quiet, although there are some homeless people nearby. I never felt I was in danger, and the food trucks/booths nearby have really good food!! I will definitely be back for my business trips.
Good for downtown Portland. Felt safe and clean inside hotel. Not sure about the bullet holes in the cement ceiling. Only there one night. Heard restaurant is amazing but didn’t get to eat there. Staff was excellent. Enjoyed spacious room. Wouldn't walk on sidewalk at night.
