The Hi Place

This is a brand new, immaculate hotel directly in the city-centre. Clean spacious rooms with nice, brand new fixtures. The "Hi" stands for Hi-So, as that is the quality you will receive. Easily, the new best hotel in Roi Et. In terms of price, it's more on the expensive side, but you get huge value for what you pay for. We took a deluxe room (2 single beds + 1 sofa bed) for 1700b + 500b for a 3rd guest. 2200b is rather expensive in Roi Et, especially when surrounding, more simple hotels are 500b...but the value and cleanliness is unmatched. The free breakfast in the morning makes up for the steep price tag...a massive buffet in a beautiful dining hall. Easily the best western style breakfast in Roi Et, and maybe even Isaan! It's like dining at a 5-Star Hotel in Bangkok. Very nice hotel, might stay again. But for the price point, we head down to The Chic in Selaphum and get a VIP 1 bedroom with giant water park for only 1500b. Great Options in Roi Et...who would have ever guessed it!

The hotel is truly charming, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the price seems a bit too high for the standard of the room. A big plus is the spacious and free parking for guests. The breakfast deserves special mention – it was very diverse and incredibly delicious.

The price of the room is totally overpriced !!! You don't have sockets next to the bed. The maintenance of the bathroom is lower than less. The water tap is moving totally. The shower water comes under the glass wall on the floor. The breakfast is ok. Loud music in the night from a bar or club.
