The Hidden Paradise Ubud CHSE Certified

What a great stay. Trully a hidden gem. So peaceful. Atention to detail. Great service. The resort blends with nature so beautifully, overlooking the jungle. A perfect place to switch off, yet 10 minutes away from all that Ubud has to offer. The deep-tissue massage was great quality and the views breath-taking. The restaurant has a great mix of local and international dishes. The infinity pool overlooking the jungle was just a perfect addition to the room. Loved the bathroom. So tastefully arranged. Top notch facilities and rooms nicely wrapped up in jungle vibes.

Poka Ubud was a beautiful stay for me and my partner. The service was exceptional! There was construction noise in front of our room at the time, and then resort was very accomodating and offered us options in order to ensure our stay was special. Customer service was exceptional from Syntia. Apart from some drainage issues (not enough hot water for large bath/longer showers) , this was a lovely stay :).

Location and service is poor. Room are very good no doubt. But poor location (last 100m distance is road where only one car can go). During breakfast hygiene fell short. Coffee was served which was spilled over the saucer. Toast were cold and so were the croissants. Taste fell short. We stayed for 4 nights. Positives: - Beautiful property and good rooms. - Beautiful swimming pools - Well maintained greenery - Shuttle service is provided from hotel to main Ubud market area every 2 hour - Staff is helpful but management needs to work hard. For example, we stayed in two different rooms, our first room had few channels but the next room had completely different channel in native language. When asked to correct and update it staff did come promptly but the issue did not get resolved.
