It is something unique. Peacefull comfortable in a outstanding location. Isolated but not to far to the next beach. You need a car to be flexible. And some animals live with you because the property is in the Jungle.
We adored our time here , the peace , the view , the pool everything was amazing would stay all the time
If you look for secluded the place to rent, if you are more an island explorer I cannot recommend because it is very far away from mostly everything on Ko Phangan. You need at least a scooter or a car to get around. House is spacious, has a lot of light and a great view in the ocean. If you want to cook yourself or do a bbq have in mind that there is very limited possibilities to go grocery shopping especially if you are not on the southern side of the island. Furniture is a bit used and could get some fixer upper but in total it is fine. Pick up and drop off to peer by Roman is a great treat, thanks man! Small Village is a cute little spot to hang out in coffee shops & restaurant. We didn’t like the two beaches much. There was a lot of trash.
