My husband and I booked a couples massage at the Highlander Hotel and Spa. They have a few options on the treatment menu and we choose the hot stone, 90 minute treatment option. The massage therapists were extremely well trained, well mannered and very concious of the atmosphere. The treatment room was well heated as it was extremely cold out and we were made to feel comfortable and forget about the cold. The treatment was an absolute 10 out of 10! We would recomend this spa to everybody regardless if you have had massages before or not. Good location, easy to find.
We had an amazing dinner. The ambiance was perfect. Service by David was fun and he was most efficient. We highly recommend this restaurant
We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we went specifically for their oysters—and they were excellent. At R195 for 6, they tasted fresh and came with a great garnish to add your own touch. The atmosphere was cozy, with a lovely fireplace and comfy couches to relax on. While the bottled wine is on the pricey side, you can get a carafe of one of the more everyday wines for R65. Definitely worth a visit for a relaxed oyster and wine experience.
