We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hilltop Inn for our Mother/Daughter/Granddaughter trip. It was a quick drive into Fish Creek, it’s very clean and large enough for us, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and it was just far enough away from town that it was quiet and peaceful. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND it and will definitely come back and stay here! ❤️

Well appointed, spacious and clean. Great location. Not like a common hotel. We used the grill to cook steaks! Only complaint would be the living room TV is too small.

The accommodations weren't too bad. It's definitely a nice location and it was hard to beat the pricing. FYI this is at the top of Fish Creek so it's not in the downtown area. We drove if we wanted to get there. It'd be an easy bike ride, but probably a decent walk. The main reason I'm only giving it 3 stars is the customer service. The minute we got there I felt very unwelcome. I don't know if the woman we dealt with is the manager or owner, but we got there 30min before our check in time and it was literally like the end of the world to her. She legitimately seemed angry that we were there. We were waiting in the main office and my niece wanted to look at the movies on some shelves behind the desk. We thought it was ok since the desk area was pretty open. The woman came back in from another room and got really mad that we were looking at the movies behind the desk. They apparently have a binder that lists all the movies, which if you have that then why bother displaying the movies? I get it if you don't want people behind there, but you don't have to be rude about. Overall it was alright, but I'd probably stay somewhere else next time.
