Very nice and swanky hotel. Suggest to go as a couple or family for relaxation. There's a onsen in the room and the beverages in the room are great especially the apple and peach juice they provide. Only the alcoholic drinks need to be paid. The onsen gets the water from nearby and it can be open air with the doors opened. The restaurant food was also good but they kept forgetting my dishes. Other than that it was a nice hotel with amazing service

I literally nearly cried when I had to leave. Such a magical experience in the snow. Stunning rooms and the atmosphere is amazing. The campground ⛺️ was a surprise and so very beautiful. Staff were lovely and the in room Onsen was A1! Loved the pajamas and lounge wear. Food service needs a bit more attention for the quality of hotel. For example no breakfast menu, dishes just served. I also mentioned my dietary requirements twice and was served a dish I couldn’t eat. No big deal but at this price point shouldn’t happen. Would love to visit again and have more time to explore nearby.

My husband and i stayed at room 207, forest suite for 6 nights from Jan 30th to Feb 5th. From the very start, I was already happy with the service from reservations. My enquiry email was answered very fast with accurate and good information. Before my trip there, Kaito Yamamoto wrote to us to tell us how to get to your hotel safely and i was very happy to have the mapcode from her and also she shared that it was along Asama Sunline Road. This was very helpful as it was winter and we arrived at about 6pm so it was dark already. Throughout our entire hotel stay, all of your staff are very helpful, kind and service is very good. Housekeeping - everyday the room is cleaned very well and very efficient. The room and onsen and bathroom is very very clean and well maintained. My husband uses the onsen nightly so he is very pleased. And the housekeeping is very thoughtful - they will place bottles of water (because we drink a lot) beside the bed and also with a glass. The turn down service is also very good - giving us sweet treats, little pillow mists for our stay etc. You have a wonderful housekeeping team - pls share our praise with them. Reception - everyday we are asked when we are going and if we need more information etc and when turndown service can be. The ladies and gentlemen there always have a good smile for us when we leave and when we return. The gentlemen helping us with the car always have our car ready for us when we are leaving without us asking for it. And they helped us park our car too nightly. This is not a service that we find in every hotel in japan, not even the FUFU group. This is very much appreciated because its cold and the carpark is further away so my husband appreciates this help. Breakfast - the breakfast crew is very good as well - serves us our meal very promptly and the meals are always hot and fresh. We had japanese breakfast every morning and the food was so good and delicious and the fishes are done very well. In fact my husband doesnt eat mackerel at all but he declared that your mackerel is very well seasoned and done. He would like the recipe! :) If we have to nitpick, the only flaw i see is the italian restaurant. We had dinner there the 1st night and the food is disappointing. We have travelled to Italy even more than Japan and the standard of italian food here is not good. I had the seafood broth and the mussels were not very fresh and portions are too small. That is why we dont eat at the italian restaurant nightly - its not tasty. Thank you for such a wonderful week at Nagano and for your wonderful staff. We will definitely be back and stay at your hotel again. If i can give your hotel 8 stars out of 5, i would!
