The Homestead, sits in the little village of Melling, a 5 mile drive to Kirkby Lonsdale. A beautiful B&B with great character, and fantastic bedrooms. The hosts Kevin and Maria, couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable. Kevin dropped and picked us up from a local pub, where we had booked our evening meal. Whilst Maria cooked wonderful breakfasts. Well worth a visit.
We had an amazing stay. The room was fantastic, lovely hosts and a perfect breakfast.
Beautiful and stylish B&B, great location and easy to get to. We had the best experience, Kevin and Maria are fantastic hosts, our bedroom was beautiful, as was bathroom and everything was cleaned to the highest standard. Lovely breakfasts and Kevin very kindly drove us to a local restaurant for our evening meal, which was very good, and collected us 2 nights running which was so kind. Lovely restaurants and cafes nearby serving lovely food. Stunning countryside too. Cannot recommend highly enough, this is a real gem of place to stay.
