The Hotel Britomart

What a remarkable experience. We absolutely loved the hotel — beautifully appointed rooms and an excellent location, with a great selection of shops right at the doorstep. From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding. Breakfast at Kingi was exceptional — truly unforgettable. We especially enjoyed our visits to The Libraries, and a heartfelt thank you to Luciano for his warm hospitality and for making us feel so welcome. We will certainly return.

I stayed here for my anniversary with my partner and it was so lovely. Room was immaculate, so tasteful and cozy. Staff were welcoming and lovely. Shoutout in particular to room service - not only can quickly buy maybe one of the best cheese toasties of my life.

A glass of water. It doesn’t sound like much to talk about, but it is. After checking out of the hotel today I was sitting alone in a corner in the lobby, waiting for my husband to pick up our rental car. I had a little tickle in my throat, so coughed a couple of times. Very quietly with a smile a young man (Alan) came around the corner with a pitcher of cold water and a glass. Put it in front of me and poured. How kind! I didn’t have to ask for it - he just knew it would help. He must’ve had to go to the restaurant or the kitchen to get it. Stepping away from his front desk location. Kudos sir! It’s a great example of how wonderful this hotel is. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Gorgeous, fabulous restaurant/bar, great location and obviously amazing service. Well done Alan! Time for a promotion!
