The Hotel Chelsea

We had a great stay at Hotel Chelsea! Beautiful accommodations, warm welcoming staff, great location in the city. Our flight was delayed and we had to reschedule our spa appointment at the hotel and they were very understanding and helped us book a different time. Also, when we checked in they offered us a complimentary upgrade to an awesome room. We felt very well taken care of the whole stay.

Just stayed at the Hotel Chelsea and can safely say I’ve found a new favorite hotel. It was pretty much perfect from start to finish. The rooms are large, super comfy and beautifully decorated with so many fun, unique details. The shower is the stuff dreams are made of and the bathroom was gorgeous with so much charm. The hotel is also kept in immaculate condition - even the common spaces were so clean (and I’m a TOUGH critic). The service was excellent and everyone went out of their way to be helpful and kind. Ate several meals at the hotel and they were all delicious. I will most definitely try to stay here whenever I’m in town!

An absolutely fabulous gem of a hotel. The staff is truly exceptional: the bellman greet you and welcome you back, the front desk is incredibly helpful with warm smiles and the the lounge staff just rocked. The room was lovely and roomy, especially for NYC. AND the ambience!!!!! Great place to grab drinks or curl up with a good book in one of the Lounge nooks. Easy walk to West Village and Greenwich (unless it's 90 degrees!) and the Highline is just a few blocks away. Just wonderful!
