The Hotel Luzern Autograph Collection

Excellent AC boutique hotel location just two blocks from train station. Very walk-able location to connect with day excursions by train, ship tours, mountain tours and Old Town Luzern. Staff was very friendly with courteous "Greetings" and checking on our stay every time we passed through the lobby. Excellent breakfast buffet or made-to-order breakfast. All staff in lobby, reception, dining and housekeeping made you feel welcomed at this location.

The staff is incredible and very welcoming. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The location was excellent being two blocks from the Rail station and close to the river and the lake. Florin was at the front desk when we arrived and he responded to our requests several times during our stay. He was always thoughtful, friendly, and a very kind person

This is a wonderful small hotel. Only four rooms per floor. Very large rooms. Nice to have a large bath tub. Great location. The staff is wonderful. Three things that are not so good. 1. The rooms do not have enough light. Dark paint and too few lights. 2. Parking is non-existent. Three small places in the back courtyard for 35 francs a night. Street parking is a killer. 3. And finally, the painted canvas ceiling in each room is highly inappropriate for this quality of hotel. I do not want to lay in bed at night and see what is soft porn on the ceiling. If you are offended by nude people above your bed, do NOT stay here!
