--- 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Great Experience at The Grand Resorts Hotel! From the moment I arrived, The Grand Resorts Hotel exceeded my expectation. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with friendly staff who genuinely seemed excited to have me there. My room was spotless and the bed and bedding was very comfortable. The amenities were top-tier: nice gym, a stunning pool. Dining was another highlight — the bar was very nice and relaxing. The drinks and food was top notch. Everyone is always so friendly there. What really set this resort apart, though, was the service. Every staff member I encountered including the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. They remembered my name, offered great local recommendations, and made me feel like valued guest. The service I received is absolutely a result of great leadership. The manager, clearly is very focused on delivering a great customer experience. 👏 Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or just some well-deserved relaxation like me, The Grand Resorts Hotel is the perfect destination. I can't wait to return!

As someone who travels frequently for work, I’ve stayed in countless hotels across the country—but this one stands out in every possible way. From the moment you walk through the doors, there’s a warmth and professionalism that makes you feel instantly welcome. The entire staff is attentive, courteous, and clearly dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience. But what truly elevates this hotel is the leadership behind it. The manager here is, without exaggeration, one of the most impressive professionals I’ve encountered in the hospitality industry. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and every single visit, the manager is there—personally greeting guests, checking in with staff, and ensuring that everything runs with precision and care. You can see the effort she puts in, often working long hours, yet still offering every guest a genuine smile and personal attention. I often wonder does she ever go home? Good leadership with a standard is hard to find these days. Her presence sets a high standard, and it’s evident that her team follows her lead. In an era where true hospitality can sometimes feel like a lost art, this manager is a refreshing reminder of what great leadership looks like. She’s not behind closed doors—she’s out front, hands-on, and fully invested in every detail of the guest experience. That kind of leadership is rare and makes all the difference. The hotel itself is outstanding—inside it's beautifully maintained, with an elegant lobby that sets a relaxing tone, a fantastic bar and restaurant, spotless rooms, a great gym, and a pool that’s perfect after a long day. I recently booked three rooms for visiting employees, and they were just as impressed as I’ve always been. They, too, were welcomed with the same level of warmth and professionalism. Simply put, this hotel feels like a second home. It’s become my go-to whenever I’m in town, and it’s all thanks to a team that clearly cares—led by a manager whose passion and dedication are truly inspiring. That all said, I do have two criticisms if you will. The second elevator is in need of repaired, and finally the water park once open would be the cherry on top. Otherwise its perfect!!! Highly recommend. This is how hospitality should be done.

The experience we had with this hotel was absolutely awful. It started from the minute we got into the hotel. The lobby is nice but they only have one elevator and you’re waiting at least 15 minutes or more to use it. We get into our room and the air conditioning didn’t work. The sheets were not clean and the bathroom was extremely dirty. When we notified the front desk about the air conditioning they said someone would be up to look at it and they never showed and even after going to the front desk several times they still never sent anyone up. All of the rooms in this block did not have any air conditioning and the same thing happened to all of them. We had the hotel cancel one of the dad’s reservations because he didn’t show up by 6pm the day he was supposed to check in and check in isn’t even until 4pm. The hotel staff were down right awful to this dad and were screaming at him in front of several other people in the lobby. On the last night the manager kicked us out of the lobby at 9:00pm and another group of people because it was health code violation to allow us to stay down there. They said we couldn’t have food or drinks in the lobby. That’s including our children who were sitting down there drinking water. They said they were supposed to have breakfast Saturday and Sunday for the hotel guests. Sunday (today) there was no breakfast available. Rooms weren’t cleaned at all. They wouldn’t even come get the trash. If you needed towels you would have to go to the lobby to ask for them. Fridges in the rooms didn’t work. TVs didn’t work. The hotel staff were not willing to do anything to make this stay any better. Overall this experience for the families that stayed in our group block was absolutely awful. We have never had staff be down right awful to the customers.
