Outstanding Service and Ideal Location My stay in the Galata area was truly exceptional. The hotel’s location, just steps away from the iconic Galata Tower, is perfect for exploring Istanbul. The cleanliness throughout the property is impeccable, and the quality of amenities—such as the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap—is excellent. The rooms feature extremely comfortable beds and soft pillows, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. All staff members are highly professional, fluent in English, and consistently helpful, making the experience seamless from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to Khadija, the housekeeping staff member, for her attention to detail and thorough cleaning. The reception team and all other hotel personnel were equally courteous and accommodating. Special thanks to Mr. Emra too. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on future visits.

A great stay at the hotels! Its location is perfect - on a less bustling street near Galata. The reception staff are simply wonderful and attentive and offered great advice on getting around Istanbul. The standard rooms were quite spacious and the service was excellent! The facilities (pool and sauna) were also pleasant. Only slightly disappointed with the breakfast, while the view was nice, there wasn’t quite a variety. Particularly the eggs were too watery and the orange juice was tasteless. So I wouldn’t say the breakfast is a must. But besides that, the stay itself was lovely.

This hotel is awful for women. If you are a WOMAN traveling without your boyfriend husband, father, brother, or any male figure to protect you, DO NOT STAY HERE. I stayed here with my female friends as just women group, and the hotel bellboy's harassment scared me so much that I did not feel safe nor protected at this hotel at all. Yeah sure the hotel itself is clean and room is nice, but for all the ladies I warn you, be careful with sexual harassment by the employees here. The bellboys will literately ask for your number, invite you to hang out with them at night, and tell you to come to their place at night. If you reject them, they will work in cooperation with their colleagues to monitor you and they will show up to your face at the lobby the minute you get back to their hotel. I was so scared of one of the bellboys that I even tried to go back to this hotel after his shift, but guess what, he was waiting for me to come back in his personal clothes after his shift. He tried to touch me (and he did touch my hand in the end and caressed it), and the way he would look at me was as if he was licking me with his eye sight. Furthermore, I am very disappoint that other employees didn't try to protect us, but literally helped this bellboy hit on me. The worst part is, when I complained this to the manager and asked for some compensation, they ghosted me. Maybe in Turkey or in this hotels galata, it's not stated on their contract that you can't harass the customers but this is not okay. To all the female travelers, please be careful. --update ---------- After I posted this review above, the hotel manager contacted me and claimed the employee in question was terminated. However, no official documentation was provided due to “internal policy” and “data protection regulations.” When I asked for meaningful compensation for the harassment and emotional distress I suffered during my stay, they responded that the hotel has no procedure for financial restitution in such cases. The only “solution” offered was a complimentary stay at the same hotel — the same place where I was harassed, felt unsafe, and deeply uncomfortable. I also pointed out that the issue was not only caused by one staff member but involved collaborative behavior from multiple staff, including other bellboys who watched and waited for me to return to the hotel and failed to intervene. This point was completely dismissed. I want to make it clear that this is not about revenge. It’s about accountability and respect for guest safety. I’m sharing this so that other women traveling Istanbul can make informed decisions. Please be careful.
