The Howard Plaza Hotel Taipei

Service is to the top, from the moment I got off the Taxi ride everything is handled professionally with staff assisting with luggages and check-in process. The Hotel itself has a small retail from ground floor to 3rd floor. Clothing there is unique and nice! Gym is located on level 4 with staff there during the opening hours. Highly recommended to take family or just stay for business trips! Has lots of choose for buffet breakfast~ Worth the money spent!

We stayed here more than six months ago and we still can't stop talking about this hotel. My kids and I mostly talk about the extensive breakfast buffet, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It has food from a variety of cuisines! We stayed for many nights and didn't end trying everything in it, let alone tiring of it. The rooms are amply sized for families. The service is fantastic. For example, I left a nightlight in the room when I checked out. I returned the next day to see if they had it. They did: they had it stashed away, properly labeled, and I easily and quickly got it back. John Huang and Edward were the folks at the concierge desk who did this final step that put the ribbon on a great stay. By far our favorite of the four hotels we stayed in during this trip.

Great experience here. Clean rooms and the good service of friendly staff makes you feel welcomed. Special thanks goes to door man John for his natural kindness and Jason Yeh, for giving us a tour of the hotel and how to find our way around. Otherwise, it's also strategically located. You can navigate to most parts of Taipei. 4.7/5
