Cute, spacious, nice music! Spent a great afternoon here with my friends. We drank coffee, worked on the laptops, and hung out on the couches for thé whole afternoon! The staff were super nice and accommodating. Will be coming back often!

We stayed here last year. Gorgeous hotel with a beautiful lobby, good restaurant, small but cozy rooms, great location and good service. I think it is a great deal for the price. Rooms are on the smaller size but they are comfortable. Services was good but at the restaurant of the hotel they asked us for tips when they figured we were from the US, which I never experienced that anywhere else in France and I did not tip anyways.

We had a bit of a strange experience at this hotel. We loved the Rome location so decided to give the Paris one a try; our room was initially pretty large - a wide hallway at the entrance, plenty of counter space in the (very large) bathroom, and lots of room around the bed. The issue with this room was that the shower door didn't work properly, so when we showered, our entire bathroom floor would flood. My husband asked the front desk about whether we could switch or if something could be done about this; he was told no - no rooms available, and to just "throw more towels on the ground." I decided to ask a different employee at the front desk, and they sent a technician to look into the issue. Upon our return to our room, we could tell the technician had visited (the towels on the ground had been moved) - but the technician also decided to use our toilet for #2 and left quite an explosive mess. The manager (who didn't know about this issue) then let me know that they couldn't fix the shower that day, and they'd move us into a different room. I then told the manager about the technician using our toilet for #2 and leaving a mess, and she apologized profusely. We moved into a second hotel room, which was *significantly* smaller. This shower had no door at all (it was the open shower style), and water still got everywhere. No hotel staff ever followed up with us (no comp, etc.) on the issue of the technician making a mess. Other than that, almost all of the staff (front desk (minus the first employee), servers, baristas) were very kind. They offered to help move our luggage across the entryway floor, which is cobblestone and difficult if you have a rolling suitcase.
