We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! The room was beautiful with a lovely view of the neighbourhood. The pool has a stunning view of Vienna too. It can get a bit crowded when the sun’s out, but we still had a good time. The restaurant downstairs served delicious food, the best schnitzel we tried in Vienna! The location was perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance to several attractions.
Beautiful hotel, the room were clean, spacious and very modern. Staff were all lovely and polite. In walking distance to all main attractions and transport. The rooftop pool/bar was lovely and relaxing, great spot to watch the sunset. Good value for money.
We recently stayed at this hotel for a four-night trip to Vienna — originally booked for three nights, but we added an extra night before arrival because our flight was scheduled earlier. We really appreciated that the hotel arranged for us to stay in the same room for the entire stay despite the change — that made things very convenient. There were many positive aspects: the location is excellent, the hotel is very clean, and we especially enjoyed the pool area and the bar — both were lovely and well-maintained. These parts of the experience really stood out. However, there were also some disappointments. This was our first trip as a married couple, and we had mentioned this in hopes that it might be acknowledged in some small way. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, and overall the service felt indifferent rather than warm or welcoming. The check-in experience was especially underwhelming — the staff member came across as quite unfriendly. We were also informed that the pool would be closed for one of the days, which was disappointing, especially since we had added an extra night partly to enjoy more of the facilities. We were told we had received an email about the closure, but we hadn’t, and there was no real apology or effort to make up for it. Throughout our stay, we generally felt that the staff were not very service-minded. One small but telling moment was when I greeted a staff member standing by the stairs one evening — she gave me a strange look and barely acknowledged me. In addition, the elevators were very slow at times, which became a recurring frustration.
