After staying in the Huan for 2 years I can say it’s a great place. The staff are extremely cool and caring and have supported me and my family with many issues or requests here and there. The hotel itself is very nice in appearance and cleanliness from reception to restaurant and all other areas. Rooms and facilities are fab and occasionally they have parties for guests! All very well managed to provide a pleasant short or long term stay. Also, we experienced 2 big earthquakes here and the building merely had a bit of a wobble so that added greatly to our feeling of security within our apartment.
Awesome place. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is massive. They have kitchen, big bathroom and washing machine. The breakfast area has variety of food. Everyday different menu but they repeat the same menu weekly. The location is a posh area so food prices around the area is a Lil pricey. Sometimes can be noisy especially when you have a popular KTV right opposite the club. The famous Alta club is located right next to this place (For the party goers)
I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the overall facilities were decent, I was quite disappointed with the food. The taste was very bland and the variety was extremely limited. For a hotel claiming to be 4-star, the dining experience fell far short of expectations. Having stayed at other 4-star hotels in Taiwan, I’ve experienced much better hospitality and food quality elsewhere. Those places truly lived up to their ratings with flavorful meals and a wide range of options to choose from. Unfortunately, this hotel did not offer that standard. If the hotel is going to charge premium rates—including additional charges for an extra person—they really need to improve the quality and variety of their food. I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously and work on enhancing their dining experience.
