I returned to The Hub recently after 5 years away from Salone. It was as I always remembered. Great shisha, great sushi (and other dishes) and very friendly (usually good) service. A little pricey. Shisha guy very attentive. Lovely at sunset to sit next to the pool and enjoy, but I wouldn't stay here in the hotel due to noise + the pool is right next to people having business meetings (unlike Country Lodge where the pool is separate). Highly recommend as a restaurant as I always have.
We had a really great meal with friends here. We had burgers, quesadillas, tempura and wings to start. Brownie and ice cream for desert. All the food was cooked really well and the burgers were exceptionally good. The best Burgers in freetown in my opinion. It was sunset when we get here and the view was spectacular. We're looking forward to retuning soon.
We only spent the afternoon there and enjoyed a swim (le200) and a meal. The pools a great size, but likely needs a ph balance check as something didn't seem quite right, but I'm sure they will get on top of it.
