Luxury, Views, and Vibes – The Huntley Hotel is a Standout in Santa Monica I had an amazing stay at the Huntley Hotel in Santa Monica, and it exceeded all expectations. The ocean view from my room was absolutely breathtaking—waking up to that horizon each morning felt like a dream. The room itself was stylish, comfortable, and spotless, with great attention to detail throughout. One of the highlights was the Penthouse Restaurant at the top of the hotel. The panoramic views of the ocean and city are unbeatable, and the food and cocktails were just as impressive. It’s the perfect spot for a sunset dinner or a relaxing brunch above the city. The Huntley has that rare mix of laid-back California charm and upscale sophistication. From the design to the service, everything felt thoughtful and first-class. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Santa Monica.

I had such an amazing experience here it truly was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed! The staff here were very kind, helpful, and informative. The hotel lobby is lit up with candles and smells AMAZING. The room was modern and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel restaurant had a beautiful panoramic view of Santa Monica. The staff helped me apply my offer to get money off of the meal and provided hooks for our purses which was a great touch. The food was amazing too, although a little pricey. The parking is around 70 dollars a night which isn’t ideal but pretty standard in LA. The hot tub area was clean and I enjoyed my time there in the afternoon and morning, however the bathroom had a bad smell. I got a pretty good price for the one night I stayed here from Expedia and to me it was worth every penny.

Amazing location, front desk goes out of their way to help. We checked in late after a long flight and our first room was an adjoining one - the neighbors were listening to music that was on the louder side. I’m a sensitive sleeper and asked if they could change our room. They upgraded us and gave us a non adjoining room which was quieter. I will note the walls on this hotel in general are thin, and if you are a sensitive sleeper this is something to consider. Lovely lobby and location is wonderful. The hotel was remodeled in 2008 so it looks a little dated but overall positive experience!
