As a long-time elite member of several global hotel chains, I typically stay within the familiar comfort of their premium properties. Ibiza Twiins was my first experience stepping outside of that loyalty circle—and it genuinely surprised me in the best way possible. From the moment we arrived early, the guest services team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Despite our early check-in time, they offered us a complimentary breakfast and a relaxing space by the pool while our rooms were being prepared. Impressively, they managed to accommodate us nearly four hours before the standard check-in time—a gesture I deeply appreciated. The service throughout our stay was superb, delivered with genuine warmth and attention. The food options were extensive, diverse, and of exceptional quality, easily rivaling or surpassing many of the five-star resorts I’ve stayed at. Would I return? Absolutely—without hesitation. Ibiza Twiins has proven that excellence in hospitality isn’t limited to the big-name chains. It’s a gem I’m truly glad I discovered.

I stayed at the Ibiza Twiins in July for 4 night for my birthday. I booked it because it appeared to be a great location with direct access to the beach. Unfortunately the access to the beach is closed and you need to leave the building by the opposite street and go around a few blocks, which is quite frustrating. We have asked the staff which they said it’s due to security reasons as people who were not guests would try to get into the hotel through this entrance and steal etc. I am not sure what to think of this, perhaps the hotel just needs security at this entrance, as all the other hotels next to it have, and other beach hotels I’ve been to. Also, when I get in from the main entrance, no one checks my bracelet anyway so another person can probably easily get into the hotel / pool area. Staff was really nice actually, everyone I spoke to were lovely even though this is a hotel in Ibiza and were things like drunk people, people not wanting to checkout of the room because they were hungover etc. Room was a standard double with a comfy bed and nice bathroom, clean and modern. I have not heard any noise even though I have seen people commenting about this issue. Perhaps I was lucky about the location of my room. Unfortunately the door was really heavy and the only time we asked for cleaning the lady left the door open. Luckily everything was fine but I do understand that the door seemed to not want to lock, I struggled with this myself and the lady for sure did not notice. Also my boyfriend asked for a birthday surprise which was supposed to be done on my birthday (a free bottle of cava) but was not sent. He spoke to the lady the next day which she said she sent the bottle so perhaps to the wrong room? Balconies were nice facing the pool where you could see the evening entertainment, look at the ocean etc. Food was the worse I’ve had in 4 star hotels. Not bad but also not outstanding and not much variety. This hotel is classified as 4 star superior so I was expecting more. A positive was that the breakfast buffet was open until 12 so you could basically lunch there or just make a sandwich and eat it later. Pool was really nice and wide but on our last day we found bits of glass in the bottom, probably a drunk person’s doing. It was clean on all days except for the last day (Monday) where you could see a yellow foam in one of the sides of the pool which was quite off putting. Evening entertainment was really good! All in all I would come back for another quick 4 day trip but would not stay for a full week. Staff worked the best that they could but medium quality of food, not beach accessible, no music at the pool, just small details which would make me search for another hotel next time I go to Ibiza. (Perhaps even another area of Ibiza).

I stayed at Ibiza Twins for five days in July (a long weekend) and was impressed from day one. The hotel itself has an appealing design, and both the rooms and facilities are modern and well thought out. The staff deserves special mention – very friendly, highly service-oriented, and always ready to help with a smile. I felt well taken care of in every situation. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of space and sunbeds for everyone. Service by the pool was excellent as well, and everything was kept very clean. There is also a small beach directly in front of the hotel, which is quite charming. I particularly recommend the little beach bar there – great atmosphere and food. Sunbeds need to be rented separately (around €6 each), but that’s fair. The location is ideal if you plan to visit Ibiza’s famous clubs – it’s lively and has a strong party vibe. The hotel’s own evening entertainment wasn’t really my taste, but it’s good quality for those who enjoy that kind of program. From the hotel, it’s about a 30-minute walk to Ibiza Old Town in one direction and about the same to Hï Ibiza on the other side – very manageable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Ibiza Twins, especially for those combining relaxation with the Ibiza nightlife experience.
