Great little family run hotel. The rooms are decorated to a very good standard and very clean. The staff simply could not do enough to help. The breakfast was excellent. Very small car park (5 cars) but there’s plenty of street parking with a permit they give you. 5-10 minute walk into town. We would definitely stay there again.
We were booked into another hotel but the lift wasn't working. My sister has accessibility problems so we changed to Ilfracombe house hotel as it was convenient for cliffs pavilion. We will stay here again. Clean and staff were helpful. It's our new place to stay when we visit Southend
Great place to stay with wonderful friendly staff. The hotel is in a great location and is close to Westcliffe less. 1 min. Ten minutes to all the action . But it is quiet when you want to relax as it's just far enough away not to hear the noise. Will definitely be going back!
