Good enough hotel in Phisanulok. Very old style. AC is super cool in the room. Gym just so so. Some machine not 100%. Pool is great. Very big. But heard some noise in front of my room from group of tourists

Check-in : You will not be treated well because the hotel is interested in selling coupons to outside customers who come to buy coupons to use the pool. You will be treated like a low class person. I booked a double room but got a twins room. When I checked in, the first room I got (2nd floor), the lighting system panel and telephone were broken, can't use / in the bathroom, the foot towel on the floor was soaked and dirty. I used my personal phone to call the staff to come and clean it. When the staff arrived and changed the towel, the staff told me that this room normally has water leakage from the ceiling. And when I turned on the tap, the tap water was cloudy, brown. I called the reception to ask to change the room because the water was dirty, but the staff offered me a new room (the room next to the original room) saying that all rooms have the same dirty water. I insisted on wanting a room with clean water. At first, the staff told me "no matter which room you change to, it's the same, the water is the same throughout the hotel", but I didn't agree. I asked to check other floors and the staff offered me a new room on the 4th floor (I had to waste time going down to the lobby to wait for a while). The new room I got was still a twins bed. This room had clean tap water as it should be. But the condition of the bathroom is not good. The toilet is dirty and has stains / The has 3 power outlets, but 2 of them cannot be used. Only one of them can be used, which is in front of the bathroom. When I use the bathroom and use the bidet, it breaks. The water keeps flowing and cannot be turned off. I have to call the reception again to fix it, and a technician came to fix it, which was able to be fixed. He spent some time in the room / I asked the technician to help fix the power outlet also. He spent some time on it and could not fix it. When the technician finished fixing the bidet, I had to call the reception myself to clean the bathroom again because it was wet and the foot towel was dirty. The housekeeper came to the room but did not prepare a new foot towel, causing him to go in and out many times. And even though he came to clean many times, it was not clean at all. Water was still wet in many places in the bathroom. In addition, while he was in my room he talking on the cell-phone, kept disturbing me who wanted to rest. I lost almost 3 hours of resting time by having to contact the hotel, walking up and down, and waiting for various repairs, even though I intended to rest in the late afternoon before having to go do other errands in the evening. And the worst thing is the service of the reception staff who seemed to have all the problems as normal. I didn't receive any apology and the staff acted like they were tired of serving customers.
