Just had a wonderful week-end break at this professionally-run, very traditional British hotel. Lovely clean and comfortable rooms, properly trained staff and inspirational food served in a comfortable dining room met all our (high) expectations. So many thoughtful touches like quality toiletries, fresh flowers, and decent umbrellas to borrow. We loved it.
One of the best birthday experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality exceeded all expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make my day truly special, I was genuinely touched. The room, the atmosphere, and the facilities were absolutely perfect. A special shoutout to the lovely lady at reception who greeted us so warmly and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Everything about it made my birthday unforgettable!
Fantastic weekend here! The Imperial exceeded all my expectations. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Room was very clean, stylish and a wonderful bathroom with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The breakfast and daily-changing dinner menu were delicious and made my experience truly unforgettable. It has an old style feel but I can’t wait to return!
