Staff was really welcoming. Room was clean and spacious enough for 3. Location is great. 5 minutes to train station. The bus to the Vatican stops right in front. There are a bunch of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Breakfast buffet was really good, especially the coffee. Rooftop bar was nice for a rest stop.
🟢 This hotel has perfect rooms. I was staying in a Superior Double room (they actually updated it for free for me because I had been reserved a classic double room) and it was really beautiful and complete. 🔴 I didn’t like the public areas though. The corridors and the lift were smelling and narrow. They were like a 2 star hotel. ☕️ The breakfast was fine. Nothing special. I had been served a lot more in 4 star hotels but it was not bad at all. They offered a free deink also when I checked in which made me feel good about them and the terrace had a great view of the city and Termini station.
Not the best location. If you sleep in the living room area you can hear EVERYTHING outside the room like literally everything and for some reason you can hear the water going down the tubes from the rooftop? like what? The Doors don’t lock and it’s really uncomfortable for a family. the pillows were really good thought.
