The Industrialist Hotel Pittsburgh Autograph Collection

We used the hotel for a wedding block where we had a welcome party, got ready, after party, and breakfast. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and if any hiccup happened their team was on it immediately. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and it is rare to see a team this dedicated to making your stay perfect. They made every request happen and Dionna was incredible. She was always a phone call away, super responsive, and organized. I will definitely recommend the breakfast it was absolutely incredible and everyone raved about how good the food was. We definitely will be staying at the hotel again because we had such an incredible experience. We even had a treat waiting in our room after the wedding. If you want a smooth and accommodating hotel you definitely have to give them a call.

The building is very cool and they did a nice job converting it to a nice hotel without losing the original charm and history of the building. Room was great, but we were upgraded, so I can't speak to the standard room. Restaurant breakfast was great. The area is typical for downtown Pittsburgh... 🤷‍♂️

It pains me to leave a review like this. I love the autograph collection line of hotels. But, it seems they took on too much with this project. The building is dated, and you can tell even though it is a new hotel. Service was pretty decent, but again, not what you'd expect from this line. Overall disappointed. If I paid about $150 less than what I did, I'd be happy.
