The Inelle Oakhurst Yosemite

This hotel was renovated a year ago and is beautiful inside with a well done outdoor patio full of activities for kids to do and plenty of comfortable seating for adults. We are both dinner and breakfast here, food was great. I am dairy free and found good choices. Our room was beautifully designed but our air conditioning too was okay. The staff from check in, to help with luggage (there is NO elevator) to food and drinks was exceptional. I give this Marriott five stars based on their staff. They were that good! Great job on this renovation Marriott! Fix the AC and this is a true hidden gem in your line of hotels. My photo is of room decor. I thought this was very clever decor.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in July 2025 so that we could go to Yosemite National Park. We were very pleased with our stay! There is lots of convenient parking. The check in process was smooth and the front desk staff were always friendly and accommodating. Coffee is always available in the lobby which is a big plus for us. The public areas were very well kept and clean. There is a large grassy courtyard to sit outside an have a meal or a drink. There are even games and fire pits to enjoy. We ate several meals there and the food was excellent. The menu is somewhat limited but everything we had was exceptionally good. The wait staff were very attentive and Johnny, our breakfast wait person was the best. There was a decent size fitness room that was well equipped. The room was quite large and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the decor was cute. The general manager (didn't catch her name) was present and has a great team of employees. Even the maintenance person, Kerry, was very friendly. I would definitely recommend The Inelle if you are in the area.

This hotel is in a great location within 30 minutes of one of the entry points into Yosemite. The staff is young and fresh, and although it seems they are still setting into their roles, the service is 4-star quality. The front desk was very patient and understanding with our pets. If one thing stood out, it was the professionalism and attentiveness of Hemlock Breakfast staff Johnny and Brooke. They were awesome and easy to talk to. They made helped separate this location from the Fairfield across the way or any other hotel in the area. Thank you!
