The location was perfect for going to the state fair. The room was nice and well laid out for utilization. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. A special thank you to Malik who made it a memorable experience with great conversation and assistance. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back again in the future.

We stayed for the first time on the Saturday before Easter. We had a little snafu upon check-in, but that was quickly remedied by the manager, Stacy B. She was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. She went above and beyond to ensure the rest of our stay was enjoyable. We spent the day at the waterpark, which was an all around great experience for us and our 21 month old son. The park was very clean, not overly crowded, had plenty to do, and great (freshly prepared) food with plenty of options. We had the quesadillas and waffle fries - yum ! It took a little longer than expected, but well worth the fresh food. We headed over to DiDi's for dinner, which was also delicious. Our waiter was awesome, the food arrived quickly, and perfect temp. We then participated in an Easter Egg hunt in the courtyard (super cute and fun for all the kids). After, we walked over to Lights of Spring, which was probably the best part of our stay. In the morning, we went back to Didi's for breakfast buffet. Many selections to choose from, great service, and again, delicious ! Beyond the checkout process, everyone was so friendly and wonderful to interact with. We will absolutely be back !

I wish I could give these people 0 stars. Checked in on Friday the 27th. First we arrived around 12:50 pm. The front desk says our rooms are ready but we have to wait until 2pm or will be charged $60 for early check in. Never heard of this in my life. The biggest issue, I woke up Saturday morning and was cleaning up the room and helping my 3 sons get ready for the day and noticed mold on the air conditioning unit. And not just one spot. Look at the picture I posted. The whole thing was covered. I have 2 kids with asthma who had to breathe this disgusting air while sleeping. So I go to the front desk to tell them. They litterally didn’t care. One of the front desk ladies complained to a manager that I was aggressive and rude. And she went to the back and cried Apparantly. The manager didn’t come see me about my complaint. She came to defend her staff for my “aggressiveness”. They did NOTHInG for me to accommodate my complaint. I had to track down a cleaning person to get them to come clean the mold. We had plans for the day so I asked a manager to call me. No one called me. I got back from our long day. I go to speak to someone and they give me their security MOD who’s name is Bello, I guess he doesn’t have a last name cause he wouldn’t give it to me. Bello offered me some “drink tickets” as a way to apologize for the mold that I’m sleeping in. He actually asked me what I would like done. Hmm Bello, I dunno. Maybe you are the one that should be telling your paying customer how your going to handle this situation. He gave not one apology. They gave me no option to move my room. This place is disgusting. I would let my neighbors dog sleep here. I will be disputing my charges 100 percent!
