A good stop but we did not get to take full advantage of what was on offer. This was a good pub stop in our camper. Cheaper on site rather than pitchup so always worth checking first. They were well set up with a key to facilities for campers. The bar was well stocked and the food options were very good. There was an excellent vegan burger. Simple setting for the van for the night but a good location and good services. Thanks
Stayed here while working locally. Staff really friendly and made you feel welcome. Ate in the bar.....fish and chips was excellent. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Only down side being in a single....the bed was a totty single which I'm not used to. Saying that it was super comfortable and I slept well .
I had a pleasant one night stay here, with excellent service from the staff. However, the room I stayed in, and the hotel itself, was beginning to look a little tired, especially for the room rates being charged. The bed was very comfy, and the breakfast was well portioned.
