The Inn At Grasmere

Firstly, we would like to thank the staff. Exceptional in all ways, especially Megan on the front desk. Megan delivered a brilliant service to us and our dog (Stanley). The hotel is in a wonderful location and a stunning building. The decor was very nice , with the chairs, couches and tables exactly fitting in. We were lucky we had a good chance to experience the swimming pool and leisure facilities. Really nice ,although a tiny bit difficult to find. A huge amount of choice to sit with a drink, or have a meal, even with our 🐕. Every single member of staff stopped, said hello, and made us feel very welcome. Our room had a lovely view and our shower was great!! I would of liked better coffee in room, and bottled water though. We walked a lovely walk up to a waterfall, straight from the hotel. Walk was around an hour but it is rough and not flat, so please be aware. (Other walks may be different) All in all, we will be back as we loved every minute of our stay.

Fantastic hotel! Very very pet friendly and spotlessly clean. Rooms lovely and comfy bed. Could do with something to put the decorative bed cushions, they have to be put on floor, then back on the bed. The beds are lovely, the bigger cushions aren't really needed. Staff welcoming and pleasant. Would definitely come back here. Not much parking at front, but there's an additional little car park to the left of the hotel by the RAOB building. Only 4 spaces but perfect.

It was our third visit to The Inn at Grasmere. We had an enjoyable 3 nights' stay and as usual everything was first class! Lovely spacious room and lovely food each night in the restaurant. The staff, as usual, at The Inn were very welcoming and friendly. Keep up the good work. Thank you to all the staff.
