The Inn at Mattei's Tavern Auberge Collection

This place is outstanding, no stone left unturned. Yes it’s expensive but you get what you pay for and this place is worth every penny. Thank you Kristina for sorting out our horse riding trip so last minute! The food was incredible, from breakfast to dinner to the cocktails and wine - I just wished the bar was open longer on weekdays! Also if you are into fitness, the gym is well equipped and the yoga studio is beautiful. One piece of feedback would be to make the spa accessible for girls from age 13+. My daughter and I where looking to do a spa day and she wasn’t allowed in, which was disappointing I think if you’re with a parent it should be ok, apart from that everything was perfect, we’ll be coming back!

Absolutely incredible spot. The entire team is so kind and welcoming - they are quick to attend to any need. They go out of their way to remember your name and make you feel at home! The rooms are incredible. Nicely updated with good WiFi. Bathrooms are gorgeous! We booked the sun porch king studio and it was very nice. The spa was lovely - great massages. We would happily come back here again!! Book it!

Rooms are great. Nice pool area. Enjoyed the restaurant. Overall we had a great experience. Unfortunately the customer service at the spa was underwhelming. After enjoying the sauna and ice bath earlier in the stay, I was told it wasn't available 2nd time I tried to use the facilities. They claimed it was full booked which was not the case as my wife had just finished a massage and said it was empty. Additionally I had used it the day before and literally saw zero other guests. Really blew it on the hospitality front and ended the stay on a bad note.
