The Inn On The Lake

We recently visited Inn on the Lake for lunch and had a lovely experience. The setting is charming and relaxing, making it a great spot for a casual meal. We ordered a plain Caesar salad, tempura prawns, pepperoni pizza, and chicken bites. Everything was fresh, well-presented, and tasty. The Caesar salad was crisp and refreshing, the pizza had a good balance of flavors with a nicely baked crust, and the chicken bites were tender and flavorful. The tempura prawns were enjoyable, though we felt they could have been a little crispier for that perfect crunch. Service was excellent — the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a solid dining experience with good food and great hospitality. We would happily return and recommend it, especially for those seeking a relaxed meal in a welcoming environment.

The photos on the website don’t do this place justice, the view is beautiful. We booked a room with a lake view and it was amazing. My girlfriend is coeliac so must eat gluten free food and this was no issue, they catered for her brilliantly and there was lots of options available for her. Will definitely be returning and would recommend this to anyone.

Luckily this gorgeous hotel welcomes non residents and their dogs. The views from the beautiful terrace rival those on the Italian lakes. Excellent drinks service and a reasonable selection of beers which were very reasonably priced. Will come back and eat next time. Also a good location for watching military aircraft flybys.
