The Insignia Hotel Sarnia a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable overall—while the bed was a bit softer and slightly lumpy for my personal preference, I still managed to get a good night's sleep. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived; I was warmly greeted at the entrance, which set a positive tone for my stay. The location is very convenient—just off the highway and right in the heart of town, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel's on-site restaurant exceeded my expectations, serving delicious food with great presentation. There's also a bar that's open to the public, and I have to say, the margaritas were outstanding. I was genuinely impressed and would definitely recommend stopping in for a drink, even if you're not staying overnight. Overall, a solid experience with great service, good food, and a prime location.

Great hotel with large clean rooms. Nespresso AND a tea kettle makes everyone happy. Nice pool and hot tub with 2 sauna pods as well. Susanne at check in went above and beyond to help correct a mistake I made booking so everyone in my group was taken care of. I was so pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Great restaurants close by.
