The Ivy Hotel

Impeccable service and amenities. This is our second visit and we love the entire experience. The rooms are furnished with everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed the spa as well as their restaurant Magdalena. The hotel staff even noted details of our previous visit and added personal touches to make our stay extra special. Highly recommend if you want the ultimate luxury experience in Baltimore!

From my call just yesterday to see if there was an opening to my arrival, service & exit this was a 10/10 experience. I did not stay, but if my spa experience will be remotely close, they can count on that changing soon. The tour with Brandy was thorough & enticing, everyone we passed on the way upstairs was accommodating & pleasant, the valet greeting me by name was a very special touch, especially because I took a car to the Ivy that he didn’t have to park. As I left in a car, another valet also opened my door. Leigh-Anne my massage therapist was gentle, attentive and knowledgeable. No notes there. Jasmine the hostess was so kind to me & ensured I was relaxed. Just go, today. Don’t hesitate.

The stay at The Ivy Hotel, Baltimore was extremely remarkable and made our vacation pleasingly memorable. The staff greeted us with a warm and genuine welcome. Then Mr. Calvin, Concierge with his stylish bow tie, was exquisite. He greeted us with our names and ensured our check in was phenomenal. We were provided with a choice of tasty beverages. And a grand wee tour of the area. I want to reach out to Thereza, Assistant General Manager who well – orchestrated our amazing stay at The Ivy Hotel in Baltimore. Thereza appears to be an intelligent and highly articulate young, women. She carefully planned and involved the staff who worked diligently towards her daily common goal to make the guest experience a five-star Micheline experience. The staff are professionally well rounded and contribute to this Michelin rated Hotel. Thereza who ensured our comfort and the attention to details in our room and our entire stay. The cozy crispy sheets and selected pillows were cozy and a fantastic way to end the evening along with the luxurious amenities. Breakfast was an experience itself. Homemade butter and homemade fresh muffins. Duck bacon! The imagination in the Chefs cuisine left me wanting to come back for more! We will be back to experience the aesthetic vibes of their High Tea in The Ivey Hotel. The talented individuals who designed the hotel had amazing visions and well-orchestrated planned exquisite rooms. All aesthetically charming and uniquely designed with dreamy decor. Your eyes will never get tired of the beauty of art and Architect details all unimaginable. A must see and sit in the room to get rejuvenated in a pleasing atmosphere.
